Dr. Niloo and her entire staff are exceptional. My children have been patients there for 6 years and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else. We moved out of the area and we still make the trip 2x yearly for checkups. I highly recommend this office!!

I love Children’s Dentistry of Oakton! My three kids have been going here since my oldest was little and had to have a cavity filled. Dr Niloo is so warm and kind and patient with the kids. She really knows how to make an anxious kid feel comfortable. The entire staff is efficient and helpful and kind.

Everyone in the office welcomed my 2 kids and I warmly and made our experience incredibly easy and fun. My 4 year old daughter was so nervous to go back by herself due to Covid guidelines but I immediately heard her giggling and chatting away with the whole staff. Dr. Niloo did a wonderful job examining them and described them as if she knew them for years! After receiving their fun toys and toothbrushes, both of my kids said they had so much fun at the dentist!

Very attentive staff . Great precautions in place for Covid! Dr. Niloo is hands down the best pediatric dentist ! We drive over 30 minutes to come to her Oakton office ! My son loves going to the dentist because they have always made it such a positive experience for him !

We started seeing Dr. Niloo and her staff about 14 years ago and over time have referred her multiple times. I have 4 kids ranging in ages and the youngest is autistic. Dr. Niloo and her staff know how to deal with simple to complex situations while in a pleasant and efficient atmosphere. Dr. Niloo is skilled and personable and I trust her 100%. I send everyone there who asks for a pediatric dentist. - Updating: Just had appt two days ago during this pandemic. I was really impressed and happy with the precautions they take. I sat in the car while they took my and my child's temperatures. I explained to my daughter that Jennifer would take her upstairs and she hugged her arms so she wouldn't touch anything on her way in as instructed, and I would sit outside. Everything was very efficient and Dr. Niloo followed up with a phone call shortly afterwards. Really happy and impressed with the extra precautions they have taken.

My son visited and they took every precaution to make sure that he was safe. They took his temperature when he arrived, gave him hand sanitizer, everyone wore a mask and the dentists wore face shields as well. Dr. Niloo and her staff were super friendly as always and made my son feel incredibly safe during his entire visit. 5/5 experience

Always a positive experience for the kids. This time the kids came home to play dentist, complete with extra protective “equipment” and accessories, directly reflective of the time, but in a happy, unafraid, matter-of-fact, and positive way. Love Children’s dentistry of Oakton! After seeing another dentist for my little one and having a bad experience this place is awesome! We walked in and there was so much to keep him occupied. The ladies here are amazing! We went in for a consultation and found a tooth that needed to be removed. Less than ten minutes later the little came walking out with a tooth in a treasure chest. Canot say enough great things about this place!

I have been taking my sons to Dr. Niloo since my older son was just two years old — eight years ago! They actually enjoy going to the dentist. We go every six months and they ask me before the next visit whether it’s time to go to the dentist yet. Earning a coin at the end of the visit for the toy dispenser goes a long way. I like going because the visit to Children’s Dentistry of Oakton is always a pleasant experience with the front office, dental staff and Dr. Niloo and that goes a long way too.

Dr. Niloo is the best! She is a sweet, warm, and caring pediatric dentist. She has great bedside manner with kids. My daughter had multiple cavities and had horrible experiences with other pediatric dentists, but she loved Dr. Niloo. She made her feel comfortable and was able to get rid of all of her cavities. She took the time to answer all of our questions via email. I highly recommend her and her staff.

I have taken my son to the Children's Dentistry of Oakton since his very first dental appointment more than four years ago. The staff is always very polite, sensitive to the needs of my son (he's a wild one), and informative. My son is excited as soon as we walk into the vibrant, decorated waiting area. It's a very bright and fun environment to make children feel welcome. Dr. Niloo is patient, sweet, and always provides a clear explanation his on oral health. We love Children's Dentistry of Oakton! They make it so easy for parents and their children. Their waiting room has tons of toys for all ages, and their staff is very attentive and polite. They make the appointments as quick and painless as possible, which is a must with kids! Your child even gets to pick out a toothbrush when they're finished. If you have an infant or squirmy toddler, they let your child sit in your lap instead of the chair. I highly recommend them for your children's dentistry needs!

We moved two hours away and we still continue to bring our kids to Dr. Niloo. She has made visiting the dentist so enjoyable for my kids that they think going to the dentist is the best thing in the world. When I had to take my son to another dentist office, he said he didn't trust that person. And one day, when he had a major football injury to his front teeth on a Sunday...We couldn't find a dentist where we lived who was willing to see him. Dr. Niloo was nice enough to see him. We drove 2 hrs, stayed in a hotel, just for her to rescue his teeth. She worked on him for an hour or more. She had to move about 4 teeth on top and 4 teeth on the bottom back to where they belonged and put them in a splint. He would've lost all those teeth if we waited until Monday.

Dr. Niloofar is the perfect children's dentist. My kids immediately felt at ease with her. The entire office is professional and 100% focused on the kids. My kids are actually excited when I say we have to go to dentist, I never thought this could happen. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Niloo has cared for my 2 children for 13 years, since her practice opened in Oakton. She is kind, skilled dentist with excellent training. (Children's National) She is patient with special needs children and anxious patients (and their parents). Her front desk staff is helpful and knowledgeable. I have 3 girls and having been taking them to Dr. Niloofar for 6 years now. Their teeth are in great condition and she works hand in hand with their Orthodontist to make sure the care is coordinated and holistic. My middle daughter has special anxieties with medical care and Dr. Niloofar is always so patient with her.
