To thank you for your referral(s), Children’s Dentistry of Oakton will send you an Amazon.com gift card for each new family that books and completes an appointment with our office**. You will receive a $25 Amazon gift card for up to four families. If you refer a fifth family, you will receive a $150 Amazon gift card with an extra-big thank you from us.
